How often is different for every person. If you are in chronic pain, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be beneficial in the beginning to get your body back to a balanced state. From there, every four to six weeks is sufficient to maintain that balance. These are suggestions, and the timing may be different for you and your needs. We will work with you to determine a cadence that is beneficial for you and your body.

Our sessions are fully clothed and performed on a mat on the floor. We combine multiple modalities to customize each session to the individual’s needs and adjust the session as needed based on the body's response to the different techniques. Every individual's body is different, meaning no two sessions are alike.
