Had my 1st session w Lee yesterday. Amazing experience. He goes very slowly and gently and is very knowledgeable. I felt much better afterwards (I live w chronically tight lower back muscles on 1 side due to severe scoliosis). I'm hopeful that continuing w these "Thai" type massages, I will receive lasting benefit and become more mobile. Lee is not a proponent of "no pain no gain," which I really appreciate. I highly recommend working w Lee. Absolute best massage therapy session of my life!

I have been experiencing debilitating pain in my knees, hips lower back and legs for years. Becoming more chronic as each year passed. My trips had to be planned around my ability to stand long periods, walk far distances, and even the drive time to get there. I have tried chiropractor, traditional massage, and physical therapy. Only the feel relief two or three days.
I was recommended to Lee for Thai massage. Honestly not knowing what to expect I booked appt. Best appointment ever made. After three visits, I feel as though I am able to get back and do so much again. Lee is so amazing at his craft. His knowledge and ability to explain why I hurt and then release so much tension in muscles as well as my being. He helped me learn about intentional walking, breathing, and mostly healing. Again I am experiencing more healing than all the years before. That is after 3 visits only! I’ve worked with others for years and relief has never been anything but temporary.
